Step 2: Set up and go live — once approved, you pick your categories, travel distance, rates and add-ons, check your calendar, and press Go live.

You set your own prices and schedule. Assemblr charges one flat booking fee when you claim a job — no percentage cut, no matter the job size. No fines, no non-compete.

Liability insurance

$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability, with Assemblrs named as additional insured. Upload a new certificate each year. No insurance yet? You can still sign up. Instead of insurance, for each job you agree that Assemblrs may charge up to $500 to your card on file if a product-damage claim on that job is upheld after review. No money is held up front.

Card for booking fees

Today you pay $51.49 for your ID check and background check, at our cost. To make up for it, your first $60 of booking fees are free once you’re approved.

After your free booking fees, this card is charged the $8 booking fee when you get a job. If the buyer cancels, doesn’t show, or the item isn’t what was booked, the fee comes back as credit for your next job — or tap “Get my money now” and we’ll send it to you. Without insurance, an upheld damage claim (up to $500) is charged to this card. Prepaid and gift cards aren’t accepted.

Assemblrs may audit your license and anything else you submit. If an audit finds an error of any kind, your account goes on hold and you have 10 days to correct it; we re-check and release your account if it passes. A $25 processing fee is charged for each error found. False information can lead to removal from the platform.

Background check

I consent to a background check, ordered and reviewed by Assemblr (billed to me), repeated every 24 months

We order it when you submit. Your application is approved only after it passes. If anything in the report affects the decision, you’ll get a copy from the screening company and a chance to dispute it.

Pro Agreement

I e-sign the Assemblrs Pro Agreement and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Everything I submitted is true. I run my own business, set my own prices, and won’t share or agree on rates with other pros.
